If you change your mind, don’t love your purchase, or simply need a different size or color, you’re welcome to return it — provided it is unused, with original tags & packaging.
⚠️ Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
Please do not over-pack products when returning them.
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items.
📨 How to Start a Return
Before returning any item, you must contact us first.
We will open a return case and provide full instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may delay the process.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
We provide a free return label only when your return qualifies to be covered by us.
We do not reimburse return postage unless:

It has been approved in writing, before you return the item

The return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
For all other cases, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are issued within 3 business days.

If you have received free shipping on your original order and you want to return your order for refund, we may deduct the original shipping cost what we paid to deliver your order.
🔧 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a wrong or defective item and want a replacement, we will cover return shipping.
If you choose a refund instead of the free replacement, the return will be considered change of mind and:

We discourage this, as it impacts stock availability.
If you need to order for fitting purposes, contact us first and we will try to accommodate you.
