Just what i expected, actually fit well, loked and felt comfortable, well worth it

I have had an incredible experience shopping with RIDERACT to purchase a leather motorcycle jacket. At first, I thought the Small size would be good, but they didn't have it in stock.

I sent an e-mail to check on whether or not one might become available, and received a very quick reply. They actually identified one in stock and made it available for me to purchase.

There was an error in the processing, however, and initially the jacket was sent to the wrong customer. Rather than waiting, I opted for a refund which was processed very quickly and without question.

After a few weeks, I noted the small size became available again. Because I had been impressed with the quality of service, I decided to go ahead and purchase the jacket again. It arrived within a few days! The manager recognised my order as well and included a gift of a leather wallet as a thank you which was completely unnecessary but very well received.

To be frank, it was curiosity that made me so intent on buying this jacket. The price is rather unbelievable and I wanted to see the quality for myself. I found the jacket to be sturdy and very well made and am astounded at the value for money on this jacket.

Here is where the company truly stands apart from other on-line retailers... The Small size was still too large and an XS size was not available on the RIDERACT website; however, they did have XS listed on the size chart from the manufacturer.

After a quick e-mail to ask, I received a quick reply again offering to speak with the manufacturer to see if they could arrange for an XS to be made special for me and they have agreed to do so. I should have it in a few weeks!!! This is an excellent outcome.
