I�m reviewing after my third purchase from Rideract . The speed of delivery is surprisingly, delightfully fast, especially in light of the increased demands on couriers. When I�ve had problems with sizing the team at Rideract have been consistently helpful and knowledgeable. I�d give them 6 stars if I could! I�m a very happy repeat customer.
Comfortably one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. After ordering and paying express postage to ensure they arrived on time on Thursday, I was told Friday they didn't have one of the items in the order in the size ordered. Friday night informing them that was fine and of the preferred substitute pair and that need it posted promptly to ensure it arrived on time. The Item wasn't posted until Tuesday afternoon (after I followed up) package arrived with only one of the items purchased in it.
